COMMITTEE MEMBERS BREACH MSP CODE BY PHONING THE PAPERS
Members of the committee investigating the the handling of complaints against former First Minister Alex Salmond are said to have breached the MSP code in their rush to phone the papers and tell them that they found the First Minister guilty of (possibly) breaching the ministerial code. The First Minister responded to the news by saying she wasn't surprised by their findings because they had, she said, made their minds up about her before she had uttered a word of evidence.
